Is my online order safe?

All online purchases are safe with us. This Web site is secured with a Web Server High Assurance SSL Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. Orders placed over the Internet will be processed immediately and you will receive an email confirmation.

    Do you ship to Canada?

    HarvesterBars.com can ship to Canadian locations. UPS shipping charges will be calculated within the shopping cart.  Canadian customers are responsible to pay the required taxes.  For further answers to questions, please call us at 1-855-255-0871 so we can discuss.

    What is your return policy?

    All returns must be authorized by HarvesterBars.com. Please contact a customer service representative 1-855-255-0871 if you have a problem with your order. Our full return policy is below:

    Returns must be received by HarvesterBars.com within 15 days of delivery date. HarvesterBars.com will not accept any returned goods unless authorized in advance and accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization number marked on the outside of the package. Unauthorized shipments will be returned at the sender's expense. All products must be returned in their original package and be in new resalable condition. Authorization must be obtained from the Customer Service Department by calling 1-855-255-0871 or emailing sales@harvesterbars.com. All authorized goods must be sent prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking charge.

     

    What warranty do you have on your products?

    Products on this website are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials used for a period of thirty (30) days. No other warranty, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a specific application, is given and no such claim of the Seller, by words, actions or other deeds shall constitute a warranty. The Seller shall not pay any claim for any of these products against labor, delays or damages by reason of their use. Return of merchandise without written permission of the Seller is prohibited. No obligation or liability arising from tort shall be incurred by the Seller, and the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller against all claims, suits, damages or liabilities arising there from.

    The sole remedy of Buyers for breach of any expressed or implied warranty, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular application, is exclusively limited to acquiring at the Seller's discretion, the repair or replacement of products sold hereunder and manufactured by Seller when returned, transportation prepaid to Seller's plant within ten (10) days of alleged defects. Seller shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damage of any kind.

     

    What will my freight charges be?

    There is a shipping charge estimator on the shopping cart page prior to entering all your personal information.  Shipping charges are added to your order in the checkout process.  Orders of $500 or greater will be shipped free inside the continental USA.

     

    Do I have shipping options other than UPS Ground Shipping?

    UPS offers a variety of expedited shipping options which are view able when you utilize our shipping estimator on the first shopping cart page.  UPS has provided us with exceptional service and rates over the years and they are our designated carrier. Shipments over 200 lbs may be delivered by truck freight.

     

    When will my order be processed and shipped?

    Most orders will process and ship on the day of the order or on the following business day. In cases of higher than normal order volume, orders may take up to 3 business days to ship.

     

    Will you have chain available to purchase through your website?

    At this time, we do not offer a saw chain. Please sign up for our mailing list so you will be the first to know when we do have it available.

     

    Do you offer discounts based on large volume orders?

    Yes, but let's talk more. Please contact us at 1-855-255-0871 so we can discuss the quantities and items you would be needing in bulk.

     

    Will my Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air order be shipped the same day?

    If at all possible, yes! Most often, orders are shipped within 1 - 2 days. Selecting an expedited shipping method is no guarantee that your order will leave the same day it is placed. Please contact us at 1-855-255-0871 for more answers to your questions.
